Aerated concrete mixer is designed for mixing and forced activation of components of aerated concrete mixture The mixers drive is located on the upper lid, and executed with a belt transmission. Aerated concrete mixer is equipped with a reliable bearing assembly that eliminates vibration. On vertically placed shaft there is a mixing nozzle of plate type that provides high-quality mixing. Mixers moving is provided by drive on the gear motor basic. Aerated concrete mixer is equipped with control panel.

Doser is designed for dosing and loading of inert and binding materials (cement, sand) and other bulk material specific weight up to 2000 kg / m ³ in the preparation of aerated mixtures by specified portions in the mixer. The principle of doser operation is based on the metering materials weight force transformation in hoppers, with use of tension sensors to an electrical signal proportional to the weight of the cargo. The signal from the tension meters is applied to the dosing controller, which changes it into a digital code, and after the conversion takes weighing results at the master controller (scoreboard). Supply of materials (cement and sand) in the hopper is made through a loading pipes with two feeders (screw conveyor and the conveyor belt).

Water metering unit consists of water tank, providing a fast draining of the hot water into the mixer and dosing unit with electronic control. Dosing is carried out automatically by a predetermined value. With the remote control the quantity entered in the memory and dosing is carried out by pressing a single button.

Screw conveyor and conveyor belt are designed for full automation of loading components. Screw conveyor feeds the cement from silo or big bag discharger. Conveyor belt feeds the sand from sand storage. Vibrosieve is installed between conveyor belts and is used for sand sifting. Supply system unit is connected with dosing hopper and provides automatic conveyors switching on and off as its filling-up.

Cutting device is optimal solution for aerated concrete production. It combines low price and worthy cutting quality. Cutting cycle begins by pressing a single button. It features a frame with pulled strings which varies strictly in a horizontal plane and continuously moves in a vertical plane under the action of the lifting mechanism. To cut the crusts we use manual saw. This kit provides a cutting aerated concrete blocks with dimensions 600x300x100, 600x300x200 and then multiply 100 mm, with the geometric accuracy of + / - 2mm.

Mold for cake pouring is a platform installed on wheels. It consists of metal frame providing construction rigidity and of steel sheet covering this frame, that provides even surface and, as a consequence, geometric accuracy of the block. Wheel pairs are offset relative to the center of the edges of the mold that enables to redistribute the load and avoid deformations.

Set to form the sides consists of longitudinal and transverse sides, eliminating deflections jumper, the locking system. Separation of the mold into 4 different boards facilitates the construction and its operation. One worker is enough to assemble the mold. Comfortable and tech locking system on screw terminals minimizes assembly time.

Conveyor method of production implies the bottoms with cake movement on rail tracks. Automation of this movement is carried out by molds moving device. The device is configured as a pushing mechanism that drives the actuator based on the cylindrical and worm gears binding. The control unit is required for the proper organization of the cycle of the moving device and to protect it in emergency situations.

It implies a set for fast assembling support elements for guides fixing and determination of tracks horizontal level; guide profile is a way of molds moving; transverse profile provides parallel of ways threads . Transfer platform is designed to move the mold with a cake between the branches of rail tracks.
